A Complete Rebuild

BEDMAS 2.0 represents a complete rewrite of the game from the ground up. The original version had a 15×15 board — we have expanded it to 21×21, giving you far more strategic space, dramatically more bonus cells to compete over, and a game that can last longer and reward deeper strategy.

The New AI Engine

The old AI picked moves randomly from valid options. The new AI evaluates every possible equation from its current rack, scores each potential placement, and selects the optimal move. On Hard mode, it does this instantly with no artificial delay. On Medium, it uses weighted random selection that feels competitive without being unbeatable. Easy mode deliberately plays suboptimal moves to give beginners room to learn and experience early success.

Real-time multiplayer has since launched (see our multiplayer post for details). Daily challenges are now live. On the roadmap: tournament mode, achievement badges, and detailed game replay so you can review your best games move by move.
